I'm thrilled I decided to sell my Louis Vuitton on Vestaire Collective! They have an international market and only take a small fee from the total sell.

Recently bought 2 pair of shoes & one small cross body bag. Sellers are very attentive and leave a note included, which is nice.

Of 1 item the shoes were more used than the impression I got. Anyway I’ll survive…
Also: it would be helpful to always write how many cm a shoe actually measures instead of sizes.
A French 41 is NOT a Dutch or German one.

super facile, rapide, process evident

I find getting a return impossible to work out , the cost of shipping etc I feel Vestiaire makes $$ feom .
I buy from Farfetch, Matches, Net-a-Porter and they have the easiest return policy which makes me take chances as I k ow if it’s not right it’s super easy to manage

Vestiaire is the best place to sell an item so far.
Vestiaire has best and most fair policy of all selling website. And it is best place to sell.
First look at online reviews from top few Designer pre-owned selling sites. Reviews from happy Buyers, and not so happy Sellers.
The most websites, who "take in Consignment" are clearly happy to sell your Designer items , practically for nothing as long as they get 40 -50 % for themselves.
Buyers are of course happy to get bargains at someone else expenses. This companies are also devaluing Designer Brands.
Vestiaire is different , you have complete power to decide what you want your item to be sold for. They are extremely busy company, and they are very good at what they do. I sold over 10 items and have always received my payment promptly.

bought a bag off there, item was never shipped, no way of getting in touch with customer service either :(( its now been 8 days and no wordof a refund even though their website states i'll be automatically refunded after 7

the third month I have not yet been paid for my sold items! the support service does not work! they said we are looking into it, but the result is zero! I did not receive more than 8000 € for the sold items! don't trust

I like the engine of Vestiaire which is state of art, giving clear guidelines for sellers and buyers and promoting a successful transaction. Clear milestone of delivery and payment given. Global coverages, big account base offering wide variety of items.

I ordered a blouse that I had to pay extra customs on to be released by DHL and Vestiaire promised a refund and 10 days later and nothing. I have provided proof of purchase.

The item I ordered turned out to be faulty, was promised a refund a week ago and nothing. It was literally delivered back to the seller DAYS ago.

Non existent customer service that has stolen my money.

I am waiting for 2 separate refunds and no one is helping me. I’m literally tearing my hair out.

I joined Vestiaire Collective when they sent me messages on the internet. They stated that they take 12% commission with no commission taken on the first sale. I listed many items and after a few days sold a pair of Prada eyeglasses. For this sale I was supposed to receive $40 which was the amount they were sold for and without having to pay commission on the first sale which this was, this was the amount due to me. The item was sent and delivered. I received a notice from them that my funds would be sent to me after 72 hours. On the following day I tried to get on my site and was denied access. I contacted Vestiaire Collective to find out why I could not get on my site and they told me that I would have to send them a photo of my ID in order to reactivate my account. I was barred from the site for no reason whatsoever. I have sold on many online sites and have never had problems and have never been asked to send a photo of my personal information over the internet which I will not do. On top of that, they have kept my money and have not paid me. They keep sending me emails requesting my ID photo (quote: for my sake). I do not wish to sell on this site after this experience, and especially since they have not paid me for the sale of my item. They are untrustworthy and unreliable.

Love this site.Made my first sale,with some issues though.
When I went to post at a drop off with a printer I couldn't print my label. You have to have a QR code.
If there's a solution to this l would love to here it. Apart from that smooth sailing.

It’s terrible to chat when issues raised. I have asked for return since the day I received the items and all the replies I received are under investigation.
After multiple attempts to contact VC. a week later I got a reply saying I have passed the 72hours return period, So VC can’t help anymore.
If anyone encounter any problem please expect you are the next with NO help.
